LT McGuinness has been constructing in Aotearoa New Zealand for over 70 years. Established in Wellington, we are now also contributing to the cityscapes of Auckland, Tauranga, Central North Island, and Palmerston North. We have a workforce of over 400 who work closely with our longstanding partners and sub-trades to deliver high quality buildings that will stand the test of time.
